Please bring an empty 1 gallon apple juice jug, 3 pounds of fresh or frozen and thawed blackberries and a small bucket with a lid for transportation and first fermentation. Instructor Carla David has been a plant lover since her first apprenticeship on an organic farm nearly 10 years ago. Making wines for the past 5 years as a hobby, she is finally getting her winery license to produce and distribute Wild Wines.
