A benefit for the Klamath-Siskiyou Wildlands Center
Pilaf is hosting a series of pancake breakfasts on the second Sunday of every month to benefit a
local organization or person in need. The proceeds above cost
go to the recipient. The meal includes pancakes with butter and
syrup, local chicken sausage,
scrambled eggs, and juice
or coffee for $12
(half price for children).

Pancakes for Peace!   The Community is invited to a Benefit  Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, April 13 from 8:00 until 11:00 am at Pilaf Restaurant.  Pilaf is located on Calle Guanajuato, along the creek behind the Plaza in Ashland.  Please join us for pancakes, sausage, eggs, and coffee.  The cost for the full breakfast is $12 with a portion of the proceeds going to Peace House.  Call 488-7898 for more information.  Peace House serves the local and regional community as a resource center for non-violence that encourages individual and group participation to further peace and social justice issues.  For more information about Peace House visit www.peacehouse.net

Hi everybody! This is to let you know that PILAF is RE-OPENING on MARCH 6th! Please help me GET THE WORD OUT to the community by forwarding this message to your friends. I have hired some great people for the team, revised the menu somewhat, and I plan to be there as much as susanly possible so we are ready for a good season. The dining room looks great with the art of local genius Catie Faryl and her newly published Balance Deck of art cards and inspirations will be available for you to use and/or to purchase.
