I enjoy the following: Nature and the outdoors, surfing, hiking, free-climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding, sports, listening to music, playing guitar, writing songs/poetry, spending time with friends, volunteering in the community to help people and the earth, building healthy relationships, and just plain enjoying life.

In addition to what is stated in my personal/ business profile, I have a great deal of experience working with the public, both in a formal educational environment as well as informal. I have a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation with a minor in Education. Since 1998, I have worked and volunteered for the following organizations: National Park Service, Audubon Society, Student Conservation Association, Student Environmental Activist Coalition, Wilderness Charter School, and I am currently volunteering for the Lomakatsi Project here in southern Oregon. I have also worked for Ashland Public Schools as a classified sub for Education Assistant.
