For a few years now I've heard only a handful of people tell me about the rumors of tunnels under White City. This area used to be Camp White back in WWII. I've only heard of 'people who know people' but this has really sparked my interest. I've lived out here nearly my whole life and wondered what else was there besides the obvious bunkers that litter the landscape.

I was told on one such account that a friend had actually been down in the tunnels under old Camp White. Another I heard of a family who, while sleeping outside in tents while building their house, heard noises akin to heavy machinery underground at night.

I know that there are many tunnels under the VA Dom here, as it used to be a hospital back in WWII. That, however, is not what I am curious about. That is, of course, unless those tunnels somehow interact with the Camp White tunnels.

Strange? Sure. Unlikely? Could be. Possibly true? ... That's why I'm asking.

Either way, I might just be asking if others have heard this rumor. I would very much like to find out as it seems so interesting. Even if you just bother to reply with something along the lines of "Sure. I've heard that rumor", I would be happy to know that others have heard this.
