Classic Holiday Feast
Sunday, December 7, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Recipes:
Classic Mushroom Soup and Allyson’s favorite Prime Rib Roast with
Yorkshire Pudding. Students will also learn the recipes for Mashed
Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Winter Greens with Bacon and Shallots. For
dessert, we’ll share the tips and techniques to make Gingerbread Pear
Upside Down Cake and an incredibly cool, Peppermint Semifreddo.
