Perfect Pies and Pastry Dough with Chef Michelle Furuichi


Sunday, November 23, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.


Chef Michelle Furuichi, owner and culinary artist at Deux Chats Bakery in
Ashland, will help students learn the tips and techniques to creating
the perfect crust - focusing on three Classic Pie Doughs: Classic Pie
Crust, Pate Brisee, and Pate a Foncer. Students will also learn recipes
to create Classic Fruit Pies, delicious Cream Style Pies, and a Chiffon
Style Pie.
