Thanksgiving in the Pacific Northwest
Sunday, November 2, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Join Allyson for this demonstration class with recipes to include Fall Fruit
and Fennel Salad, Cranberry Glazed Roast Turkey with Cranberry
Cornbread Stuffing, and decadent Mashed Potatoes with Bacon and Blue
Cheese. Students will also learn the recipes for delicious side dishes
to accompany your glorious bird, including Easy Orange Cranberry Sauce
and Swiss Chard Gratin. Desserts include Pecan Pie with Caramel Ice
Cream and an airy Pumpkin Souffle.
