Two Ashland non-profits have teamed up to present a concert and barbecue on Saturday, August 9, 4-11 p.m. The event, which takes place at Eagle Mill Farm, corner of Eagle Mill Rd and South Valley View Rd, Ashland, benefits St. Clair Productions and the Eagle Mill Farm Education Project.
Music is provided by Pete Herzog, Karen Lovely, Flat Five String Band, and Penguins on a Rock. At 9 p.m., Water Bound (Jessica Bryan and Tom Clunie) lead a song circle and Bari Wyte and Allen Kenner lead a drum circle. Barbecue by Geppetto’s Restaurant, beer and wine will be for sale. It’s an all ages event, so bring the family. Bring instruments for the song circle; drums for the drum circle. Seating is limited -- bring blankets and chairs. Admission is by donation.
