The community class is Tuesday night 7:30-8:45 and is all levels.  On Monday and Wednesday evenings I teach a power yoga from 7:30-9:00 which is pretty advanced and on Saturday morning a Vinyasa Level 2 from 11:00-12:30 which is also pretty hard.  From what I recall when we spoke last the community class may be the best fit for you and the great thing about that class is it is just $6.  I hope I will see you one of these days  :)
