If you have been following the news then you know about Jen Moss and her entire story about wanting to participate essentially naked in the Ashland 4th of July parade.

I don't have a particular opinion... but she just happened to be standing right next to us in the parade.. so I said what the hell.. let's do an interview.

  6. 6.UseKlean Kanteens, stainless steel water bottles, for drinking water, anddrink non-fluoridated water (local spring water is best).  Plasticbottles leach toxins and are toxic to recycle.  Reduce and reuse beforeyou recycle!

  7. 7.Cleanse and purify thyself.  Follow your heart and commune with friends and nature. 

  8. 8.Research, work towards, and invest in self-sustainable ecovillages. 

  9. 9.Learn breathing exercises and conscious mind/body movement (yoga, tai chi, qi gong, etcetera).

  10. 10.Dareto care and question EVERYTHING.  Microwaves cause brain damage anddestroy the nutrients in food.  Perfumes and scents in soap, detergent,etc. are very toxic to humans.  Many ingredients in “beauty” productsare actually harmful to your health.  DO YOUR RESEARCH!
