3rd Annual Show Featured at 2 Locations This Year
CENTRAL POINT, OR — October 10, 2008 —Grange Co-op is proud to present its 3rd Annual Pet Fashion Show,held at locations in both Jackson and Josephine counties this year. The freePet Fashion Show is a benefit for both counties’ animal shelters andfeatures a variety of dogs as “red carpet runway models” wearingthe latest in Grange Co-op’s pet clothing styles.
Some ofthe pet “models” featured will be from volunteers at the animalshelters. Pet parents may bring their own fashion-wearing pets to watch theshow and enjoy the evening of fun and entertainment.
Medford’sPet Fashion Show will be held on November 8th,from 6 to 9 p.m., at the Grange Co-op Pet Country store. Norm Rushwill emcee the event, with proceeds going to the Jackson County Animal Shelter.Pet Country is located at 2833 N. Pacific Highway.
For thefirst time, the Grants Pass Grange Co-op will feature its own Pet Fashion Show,emceed by Will Williams. The show is November15th from 6 to 9 p.m., at 1710 Schutzwohl Lane. Proceeds will go tothe Josephine County Animal Shelter.
Eachevening’s events will feature a fun and affordable silent auction withall proceeds also going to the animal shelters. Auction items includerestaurant gift certificates, pet clothing, small animal housing, a doghouse,aquarium, hotel stays, and more.
Aphotographer will be available to take your pet’s picture for a smalldonation. There will be free products and demonstrations from as many as 16vendors, and refreshments will be served to pets and all other attendees.Participants will also receive a large “doggie bag” filled withsamples and gifts. Three extreme makeover dogs will be groomed and outfitted complimentsof Central Point Dog Grooming by Gina Allen.
