When I went off to college in 1979, I thought I was quite high-tech--equipped with an IBM electric typewriter with backspace erase!

My,  have times changed! 

 

In the past week or so, I posted my first blog on LocalsGuide and it's been a great learning experience.  I started out just typing in my story, then I've gone back every couple of days to edit, embellish and  update.  I finally got brave and tried to put in links.

Learning to blog and experimenting with blog features has been a great learning process.
