I am a naturalist, not a nudist, but a person trained in ecology, botany, conservation of natural resources, and soil science (as in agriculture, not engineering). My entire work life has related to environmental regulations and their practical application at the local level. I believe in working to change agencies from within, so the changes are institutionalized.
