The Chai Hut is the new location of the Heartsong Herbal Brewing Company. The name is a spin off Pizza Hut, as their abandoned building has become Heartsong?s brewery, distribution center, office and Food Artisans Gallery.
The brewery has a large walk-in cooler, a commercial juicer, two steam kettles (150 gallons and 200 gallons), a four-head filler, automatic capper and a labeling machine. System can run 325 gallons in 3 hours.
The Food Artisans Gallery offers people a place to sip on Heartsong?s brews, purchase Heartsong products, view Heartsong?s office and brewery, and purchase products from other Oregon food artisans: (Dagoba, EcoTeas, Genesis Juice). The Chai Hut is a newfound treasure on the culinary Tourism circuit.

Heartsong Chai
Heartsong Black Tea Chai:
Black Tea’s low percentage of caffeine allows the brain sharper mental focus and concentration. Black tea also improves the circulatory system, aiding digestion and enhancing the immune system. This is our original, signature chai.
Heartsong Yerba Mate Chai:

Heartsong Rooibos Chai:
