Harmony Hikes engages in leading people on nature hikes in Southern Oregon. In addition to exposing hikers to beautiful scenery and wildlife, each adventure provides an opportunity to learn about natural history, the identification of wild, edible plants, and how to escape from the daily routine.
Additionally, hikers are given the opportunity to sample foods made from foraged plants and learn about the health benefits of eating local, wild crafted produce. Harmony Hikes offers journeys for all skill levels. Hikers may choose to stroll at a leisurely pace and focus on the educational aspect or undertake a more strenuous, fitness based hike. Regardless of which is chosen, each individual will walk away with a better understanding of nature, new friendships, improved fitness, and a smile on their face.
